Can I copy my songs from my iPod to my computer?
Yes, you can move your music off of any iPod onto your computer for
safe keeping. As with all data, its a good idea to have a back-up.
There are several applications that make this task very easy. Tune Transfer sells for $20 and works quit nicely. Or you can download CopyPod (www.copypod.net) and get going right away.

Can I Change an iPod Battery?
Just how hard is it?
Not only can you change your iPod battery, but with the new Lithium-Polymer battery technology, you can significantly increase the play time between recharges. Done right, changing an iPod battery is not all that difficult or risky, but because you are dealing with a small, delicate electronic device it does require that your pay attention and proceed carefully.
With the exception of the Nano, the process is simple - using our detailed instruction sheet, open up the iPod, take the old battery out, put the new battery in, close the iPod, charge the battery, and enjoy listening for a long time.
Replacing the Nano battery requires soldering and is not something that we recommend you pursue unless you have experience applying molten metal to circuit boards. If you are having problems with your Nano battery life I suggest you spring the extra bucks and let us install it for you.
Also, we do not recommend that you change your battery if your iPod is still under warranty, or if you bought Apple's Extended Care package. Just copy the songs off to your hard drive using a program like CopyPod, and go deal with Apple and you may wind up with a new iPod!
